Hi, I’m Agnes! I’m a certified career coach and DISC communication consultant, and I help job seekers—especially those in their 40s and 50s—reignite their superpowers and step into careers that truly fit who they are.

I know how confusing and discouraging the job market can feel, especially when you’ve been working hard for years and suddenly aren’t sure where you fit anymore. That’s where I come in. My coaching is about helping you get clear on what you’re good at (yes, it’s still in there), build back your confidence, and connect the dots in your story so you can show up strong in every opportunity.
